DAVOS, Switzerland, Jan. 27 -
The Pinal County Greens today urged Arizonans to take part in its "Green for a Day" campaign so that more people can vote in the February 28 Green Party presidential primary.
"Remember the old TV show -- my favorite as a kid -- Queen for a Day?" asked Richard Grayson, Pinal County Greens co-chair and one of six candidates for the Green Party presidential nomination on the ballot.
"Now you can be Green for a Day! Register to vote as a Green to vote for me or any of the other totally unknown candidates in the Feb. 28 primary," said Grayson, who is attending the World Economic Forum in Davos.
"After the primary, you can go back to being normal."

A helpful reminder: if you want to vote in the Arizona Presidential Preference Election set to be held on February 28, you'll need to be registered to vote aligned with either the Republican or Green parties by midnight on January 30.
It's wildly simple to change your party affiliation (if that's the sort of thing you're interested in) or to register for the first time. As long as you have an Arizona driver's license or state issued identification card that was issued after October 1st, 1996, you can complete the process entirely online. Democracy awaits!
